Return Policy
Our return policy allows customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving an item.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, still tagged, and in their original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Initiating a Return

Upon approval of the return, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to return the package. Please be advised that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon receipt. If you encounter any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

**Sale Items and Gift Cards**
Please note that returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure the timely receipt of a desired item, we recommend returning the original item. After the return is processed, a new purchase can be made for the desired replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your financial institution to complete and post the refund.
