Typical turnaround times range from 5 to 60 working days, depending on stock availability at our Distribution Center (Patio Guru Workshop), the size of your order, and the readiness of your items for shipment. Rest assured, we're committed to keeping you informed as you wait for your beautifully crafted, custom-manufactured furniture.

Payment Process:
Once you receive your quotation, making payment is a breeze! Simply follow the link provided to complete your transaction quickly. After your payment is processed, we’ll get started on your order according to your chosen delivery option.

Delivery Methods:
We take care of your delivery through our reliable warehouse vehicles or trusted courier services, ensuring you receive your orders in the most efficient manner.

Preparing for Delivery:
Experience hassle-free doorstep delivery! Please remember that additional services, like assembly, may have extra charges, so you can choose precisely what you need.

Delivery Time Slots:
To accommodate your schedule, delivery time slots are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00. We'll reach out to you from the Patio Guru (Hillcrest branch) to arrange the perfect delivery time.

Collections:
If you choose to collect your order, please ensure you do so within 30 days. After that, we’ll cancel and refund the order, making your experience smooth and hassle-free.
