As one of South Africa's premier furniture destinations, PATIO GURU SA proudly offers nationwide delivery, ensuring your handcrafted furniture arrives safely and conveniently at your doorstep.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location, allowing us to provide the most accurate and cost-effective delivery service for your order.

Lead Times

We understand you're excited to receive your new furniture. Our standard lead times range from 5 to 60 working days, depending on stock availability at our Patio Guru workshop, the size of your order, and whether your furniture is custom manufactured.

Throughout the process, we'll keep you informed of your order's progress so you know exactly what to expect.

Payment

Once you've received your quotation, completing your payment is simple and secure. Just follow the payment link provided with your quotation to finalise your order.

Once payment has been received and confirmed, production and/or dispatch will begin according to your selected delivery option.

Delivery Methods

To ensure your furniture arrives safely, deliveries are carried out using our dedicated PATIO GURU SA delivery vehicles or through our trusted courier partners, depending on your location and order requirements.

Preparing for Delivery

Our standard service includes doorstep delivery for your convenience.

If you require additional services, such as furniture assembly or installation, these can be arranged at an additional cost. Please let us know your requirements when placing your order.

Delivery Time Slots

Deliveries are scheduled during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Our Hillcrest team will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.

Collections

You're welcome to collect your order directly from our Hillcrest showroom or workshop.

Please collect your order within 30 days of being notified that it is ready. Orders not collected within this period may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy.
